Green Eco Paradise has been closely working with numerous government bodies at their events to reduce the plastic footprint. From LIMA to MADA, and now FAMA, the surge in sustainable awareness is truly remarkable. Under the stewardship of FAMA, Karnival Industri Makanan & Asas Tani showcased the significance of supporting local produce and food vendors. Among the biodegradable products that stood out are wooden fork and spoon, bagasse lunch boxes and reclosable cup lids.
Raising Awareness with Paper Straws and Bagasse Cup Lids
For beverage packaging, a thoughtful mix of paper straws, cold paper cups, and bagasse lids comes together to replace single-use plastics. The cold paper cups range between 16oz and 22oz to fit the common large and extra-large servings. Customers were particularly happy with the bagasse lid, made from natural sugarcane fibre, due to its sturdy and leakproof finish. At Green Eco Paradise, we believe every small change leads to a big impact. As such, these products show that sustainability can be both practical and beautiful.
Paper Straws of Different Sizes Made the Difference
Our 6mm paper straws, coming in white, black and colour stripes, need no introduction. These eco straws followed suit for the FAMA event, making their name for strength and cheap price. Nevertheless, the new product – long paper straw, gained the most attention. Measuring 26cm in length, the disposable straw easily pairs with the 22oz paper cup. Despite the extra length, the straw did not easily dent or leak. Since most vendors were selling iced drinks, stirring and sipping was easy. Bagasse Lunch Box Stars for Biodegradable Food Packaging Malaysia
While disposable cups see the need for variations, that’s never the case for lunch boxes. Our bagasse lunch box is a direct replacement for the regular plastic containers in the market.
