Since the portions were big, 10″ biodegradable plate was picked. The fish and chicken dishes were oily as they should be. The large portion of fries and greens gave away an interplay of texture. The ladles of thick gravy onto the chicken chop was fine as the biodegradable plate has an oil resistance for approximately 3 hours.
