Biodegradable Lunch Box

The general purpose of a disposable lunch box is to carry a takeaway meal from one destination to another. Sounds simple? However, some containers fail to meet their intended functionality and harm the environment. This clamshell container features no plastic layers and is biodegradable in nature. Keeping this in mind, our takeaway lunch box provides an environmentally-friendly alternative in the market.

The design of the eco takeaway container is eye catching.

The disposable lunch box is made from sugarcane bagasse and is unbleached, giving the lunch boxes their light brown colour. The capacity of 600ml is suitable for packaging breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whether you are a caterer or a mum on the go, the clamshell design is ideal for quick and convenient usage.

Hot Food Disposable Lunch Box

The eco food box’s sturdiness is unrivalled, making it suitable for packing various dishes. For example: fried rice, noodles, burger sets and even cakes fit in the brown lunch box. Most importantly, it is safe to pack hot dishes in the biodegradable lunch box.

In every event, our disposable lunch box makes its mark.

Fried noodles and rice straight off the wok can be directly packed in the sugarcane food container. Moreover, the colours of food appear more defined when placed inside the bio packaging box.

Eco Disposable Lunch Box Production

Plastic and polystyrene food containers cause lots of harm to the environment. The boxes accumulate as piles of garbage in forests and rivers. As a result, this impacts both occupants of land and water. Not forgetting the harmful chemicals that plastic disposable boxes release when hot food is served. Also, plastic food boxes do not degrade like our bio lunch box and biodegradable plates.

As mentioned, our biodegradable takeaway container is made from sugarcane bagasse. The process of the plant-based container begins using leftover fibre of sugarcane after juice extraction. This agricultural waste is called bagasse, and the pulp is added to disposable plate and lunch box moulds.

Moisture is removed and forms rigid, strong containers. Done with production, the products go through a series of Quality Checks (QC). Delivering food packaging free from toxic chemicals is always a big win.

Best Disposable Lunch Boxes for Festivals

Eco friendly lunch box that is curry friendly too.

Thaipusam, Hari Raya, Chitra Pournami, St Anne’s Feast and more – you name it. Both the organisers and attendees love using eco friendly food packaging. Many not only laud the food boxes’ quality but also appreciate being a part of an eco-conscious community. Big events or festivals that draw crowd are also the best platforms to spread awareness to the public, particularly the kids.

Disposable Lunch Box Gravy Test

This sugarcane lunch box is tested with assorted gravy dishes.

If there is one thing that we constantly do, it has to be product tests. Our biodegradable lunch box has been tested with ramen, western food and as above – rice with assorted sides and gravy. With strong oil resistance, it works best for most food takeaways and deliveries.

Most notably, this is achieved without a layer of plastic on the surface of the bio lunch box. And yes, if you can easily determine the portion size as shown in the image.

Versatility of the Disposable Lunch Box

Eco friendly takeaway container for a healthy meal.

Rice is the first dish that comes to mind with a takeaway food box. However, the real deal is to look beyond. Our customers serve bagels, burgers, noodles and pasta. At the same time, we maintain reasonable pricing. Large burgers and bagels fit nicely in the lunch box. It offers much comfort as the additional space fits those dripping sauces and veggies.
